During the summer we hired an intern, Caroline Carter, our challenge to her during her time at GPEG was to find a topic that was important to the people of Guernsey and perform research and write a paper on it. Caroline chose to consider if redeveloping Guernsey's greenfield sites is the way to solve the housing crisis.
